Students study the design and construction methods employed in the construction industry. All modern methods and materials are taught and utilized including drywall application, door and window installation, roofing, siding, framing, and utilizing wood and metal.

During their junior and senior years, a full size residential home will be constructed in the McKinley loft, which is then put on the market at the end of each year.
